A number of our safety and durability features include:

Finger-Proof Netting prevents injury to players' fingers. Finger Proof Netting is finer compared to standard netting and will prevent players' fingers from getting caught and stuck in the netting of the bounce houses. 

 

Double-Layered Material sewn onto high stress areas such as entrances, pop-ups, and high-wear areas make units more durable and safe. Double-layered material provides additional durability and longevity to our units by distributing stresses onto two layers of material instead of the usual single layer.

 

Waterlogged inflatables can develop mildew and other problems quickly. On all our water units, a U-Shaped Liner prevents water leakage into the liners. Water drain holes and water release holes are also standard on all our water units to make water drainage easier and to prevent any lingering water from building up inside the unit.

 

Heat-Sealed Seams on water units seals pinholes in the seams that may leak water. Heat-sealing creates a water-resistant barrier on the seam that repells water to prolong the life of your water unit, making it more durable and reliable. 

 

Our unique Alligator Mouth stitching technique eliminates the high stress point where the wall meets the floor. It is also used to reinforce other high stress areas such as at entrances and exits. Our unique stitching pattern prevents stress from concentrating in one partcular area, making the units more durable and reliable for longer.

 

Double, Triple or Six-Way Box Stitching on all units ensure that our units will be durable and will last. Multiple layers of stitiching enhances the durability of the inflatable by reducing the chance of seam failures and tearing. Seams on high traffic areas are then reinforced with nylon strips or webbing to provide even greater strength.

All units sold are stitched with heavy-duty, water resistant, #207 nylon thread to minimize the chances of seam failure due to wear and tear and waterlogging, particularly on water units. 

 

Commercial Quality

We only carry commercial grade bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, interactive games, and other inflatable products. All the products are crafted for maximum durability, built with double, triple and quadruple stitching, along with reinforcement at all important stress points. All products are carefully engineered to make sure that sufficient amount of air is distributed to all sections of the unit. We use only the finest quality, heavy duty, Light N Strong reinforced vinyl, mesh netting and extra strength thread. Commercial quality materials result in longer life and higher profitability.

All orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Our shipping department will contact you before shipping. Both Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping are to the address with forklift or loading dock. There is an option to add Liftgate on Delivery with additional cost.


Light n StrongTM

For commercial grade inflatables, the heavy weight is always a challenge for one-person rental companies. As an industry-leading supplier, eBouncers first developed this Light n StrongTM vinyl material exclusively for commercial inflatable bounce houses. It is as strong as traditional 18 oz vinyl but reduced over 20% overall weight vs traditional vinyl material.



Liftgate Service on Delivery is an additional service option for freight shipping. For the bounce house orders, normally, the shipping weight per pallet is around 200 to 800 pounds. In Moonwalk USA, all the bounce house orders will be packed in a heavy duty gaylord box, then fully secured, and banded on to a standard size pallet. For those orders that deliver to a home address, or to a commercial address without a loading dock or forklift, if order the Liftgate Delivery Service, the shipping company will send a truck with liftgate equipped. The drive will be responsible to bring down the pallet from the truck to the curb side ground. Without this service, the buyer will be responsible to bring the pallet down to the ground from the truck. For those Marquee Frame Tent orders, since the length of the tent tube is over 9 ft long, the liftgate will not be able to lower the pallet down. We suggest our customers to take down the boxes one-by-one by hands.
