Shipping Policy

Standard pricing is based on delivery to a business address with a loading dock or forklift.

No Loading Dock? Please add Liftgate Service at checkout to ensure a safe unload of your commercial units.

Damage Claims

Notice a defect? You must contact Moonwalk USA within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide clear photos and a description so our team can expedite a local repair or facility designated solution.

Returns & Cancellations

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Authorization must be requested within 7 days.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition.
  • Must include original packaging.
  • Custom manufactured products are final sale.

The Fine Print:

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Buyer handles return shipping, original shipping costs, and payment processing fees.
