All shipping prices quoted on this website are for shipping to a business address with loading dock or forklift.If you need a LIFTGATE service on delivery, please add the service at check out.

RETURN

For any item purchased from MoonwalkUSA, Buyer has 7-DAYS from the date of receiving the item to contact Seller to report any defects or damage. For any manufacture's defect or damage, Seller will either repair it locally or at seller pointed facility. 

In the case the buyer wants to cancel the order, the buyer need to obtain a refund and return authorization within 7-DAYS from the date of receiving item. The returned item must be in the new unused condition and packed in its original package. A re- stocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the price of the item(s) returned will be paid by Buyer. Buyer will be responsible for any and all charges for 1) the shipping of the item(s); 2) payment processing cost. The items must be in unused condition when returned. Any necessary repairs required to bring the item(s) returned to a like new condition will be paid by Buyer. SELLER WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY CUSTOM MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS.
